Two Recording Modes
ScreenSense supports the following recording modes:
- All Events Recording — every time the defined events occur on the screen, recording is initiated.
- Schedule-Bound Recording — Only a percentage of the interactions (identified by the defined screen events) are recorded based on the schedules established in the NiceUniverse Scheduler application.
Unlimited Event Triggers
Create an unlimited number of recording triggers based on a variety of MS Windows events, including the following:
- changing values in form fields (text or number)
- opening/closing windows or applications
- left/right mouse clicks
- pressing the F1-F12 functional keys
- selecting an item from a drop-down menu
- clicking a hyperlink
Configuration Wizard
The “follow-me on-screen” pointer allows users to easily define triggers in just seconds. Users simply enable the pointer and “walk” the Configuration Wizard through the chain of chosen screen events to “teach” the application which events should become triggers.
Tagging
The name of the event that triggered the recording is automatically registered to the database for the purpose of business intelligence and ease of retrieval.
