System requirements vary based on the needs of the contact centre. A NICE account representative will provide appropriate sizing information based on call volume and data retention requirements. Below are sample requirements for a contact centre with 10,000 calls per day and a 6-month data retention period.
- A Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 2 or above
- One 733 Mhz processor

- 13 GB of disk space with the capacity to expand
