NICE USER GROUP
The Nice User Group (NUG) is an independent user group for customers of NICE Systems products and services. We promote the optimum benefit-in-use of NICE Applications by supporting education, training programs, quality initiatives and events associated with their use: and through conferences, publications and electronic meeting places dedicated to the users of NICE products. By partnering with Nice Systems we influence product, service, and policy direction.
