Once engaged, Sinclair Voicenet will assign a project manager who will be responsible for all Sinclair Voicenet activities from preparation through to signoff.

The Sinclair Voicenet project manager will:


  • Produce comprehensive project documentation
  • Define and document the customer requirements for the implementation
  • Manage and co-ordinate all Sinclair Voicenet resource including consultancy, engineering and training resource
  • Identify and manage risks and issues
  • Assist the customer project manager in ensuring all technical and business requirements are met
  • Provide regular project updates
  • Attend on site and remote project meetings
  • Manage the preparation, installation, configuration and testing of the solution
  • Co-ordinate training for end users and technical resource
  • Handover the signed off solution to the customer
